Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Full time.
Candidates should have experience in improving customer
satisfaction through proactive issue identification, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints,
conducting surveys.
Candidates should have experience in Ensure ITIL operational
process compliance for the program to deliver the services.
Candidates must have working experience in ISO 20K and ITIL
v4 is mandatory.
Candidates should have good knowledge in Six sigma and Lean
Concepts and Quality system management and process management.
Candidates should have team handling and stakeholder
management.
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
