Assistant Manager - Car Accessories

Responsibilities

• Manage accessories order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in accessories sales
• Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve sales operations
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales and marketing decisions
• Manage sales reporting and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in accessories sales and marketing operations
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
• Strong knowledge of sales force CRM and accessories order management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
