Finance Manager - Accounting & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee GST and TDS filing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
• Lead statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Ensure month-end closure, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Implement and maintain financial systems, including QuickBooks and Zoho.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an IT company.
• Strong expertise in accounting compliance, GST, TDS filing, transfer pricing, and statutory audit.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
