Roles and Responsibilities:
Fluent in German Language both oral and written.
Should be comfortable working long hours to meet
deadlines / support ADHOC business requirements if any.
Strong Customer Service Skills.
Should have good analytical skills and can make decisions
based on the situation.
Good knowledge in MS office skills- MS Word, Excel &
PowerPoint Presentations.
Willingness to work in business aligned shifts.
Open to accept changes in work methods or systems to
improve performance beyond agreed standards.
Must have skillset:
Must have experience in German Language.
Certification in German Language
