Job description
Customer Relations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relations, customer engagement, and customer relationship management (CRM). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and experience management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and maintain customer satisfaction index (CSI) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement
- Design and implement customer experience management initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform business decisions and drive customer-centric strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Provide coaching and training to customer-facing teams to ensure excellent customer service and experience
Requirements
- 5-12 years of experience in customer relations, customer engagement, or customer relationship management (CRM)
- Degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or communications
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and feedback to inform business decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
