Requirements

• 7-20 years of experience as a Master Chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and sourcing & procurement
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of local ingredients and culinary trends
• Certification in food safety and handling (desired)
