Job description
Proven experience in business
analysis and documentation.
Prepare detailed documentation including process maps (using tools like Visio), BRDs, FRDs, test cases, and UAT reports.
Strong knowledge of automation
technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, BPM tools) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
Proficiency in documentation tools
(MS Office Suite, Confluence, JIRA) and process mapping software.
Strong communication, stakeholder
management, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle in accordance with
governance standards.
Support the creation of business cases, benefit realization reports, and
post-implementation reviews.
Own the successful delivery of automation and process improvement initiatives across multiple business units.

Liaise with IT, automation
developers (e.g., RPA/AI teams), and business stakeholders to ensure effective
collaboration.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Agile Delivery (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
Financial Service expertise in areas of Retail and Commercial banking (Mortgage, Lending, Cards, Fraud, Payments, Capital markets, Wealth)
