Customer Support Executive - Kannada

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in the Kannada language.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound voice calls, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and resolution outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to effectively address customer queries.

Requirements

  • 1+  years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, Kannada verbally.
  • Proficiency in the Kannada language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
