Job description
Supervise a
team of processors and quality reviewers in medical pre-underwriting.
Allocate
workloads and monitor team performance against SLAs.
Provide
technical guidance on complex underwriting cases.
Ensure team
compliance with IA regulations and internal policies.
Conduct
performance reviews and support staff development.
Liaise with
medical officers and reinsurers for high-risk cases.
Oversee
implementation of new underwriting guidelines and tools.
Resolve
escalated issues from internal stakeholders and applicants.
Monitor
quality metrics and drive process improvements.
Coordinate
with IT and operations for system enhancements.
Prepare
operational reports for senior management.
Ensure secure handling and storage of sensitive medical data
