Job description
Job Title: Production Support
Candidate Specification: Minimum 8 Years experience in Production
Support
Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and async
programming
Deep knowledge of Azure services: App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, AKS, Blob Storage
Experience with incident management, RCA, and production debugging (e.g., memory leaks, performance issues)
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools: Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, ELK, Splunk
Proficient in analyzing logs, cloud telemetry, service traces, and writing hotfixes/workaround
CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
