SFMC Implementation and Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and development of SFMC solutions for clients
• Design and develop marketing automation campaigns using SFMC tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Campaign Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SFMC features and best practices to ensure our solutions are always cutting-edge

Requirements

• 12-18 years of experience in SFMC implementation and development
• Strong knowledge of SFMC tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Campaign Management
• Experience in marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Graduation degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Computer Science, etc.)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
